GOODS DELIVERY POLICY

DELIVERY TIME

Our delivery time in the peninsula is from 3 to 6 working days from the reception of the payment of the order. Delivery times are approximate and based on the services of our logistics operators. Remote areas may have an approximate delay of 1 day over the indicated delivery times. 

For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, delivery times are 7 to 15 days, as only sea freight is possible. 

For the rest of Europe, the delivery time may be the same or longer, not exceeding 2 weeks from receipt of order. 

For shipments outside Europe, please consult with our customer service, as it will depend on the country and on the services offered at that time by our logistics operators. 

SHIPPING COSTS

They will depend on the region and weight. 

Peninsula: Shipments under 0.8 kilos will be free, the rest are calculated according to weight. Up to 3 kilos 9,90 €, up to 6 kilos 14,90 €. 

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Amount according to weight.

Rest of Europe: Amount according to weight. Shipments under 0,8 kilos at 9,90 €, up to 3 kilos at 29,90 €, up to 6 kilos at 49,90 €.

ORDER TRACKING

Once the order is placed, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the order number and the details of the purchase. For any questions about the order or the status of your shipment, just contact contact@lab.bike.

GUARANTEE

Lab.bike is a guarantee of quality, therefore, all products in our online store, meet the standard quality requirements and have a one year warranty against any manufacturing defect. 

CANCELLATIONS BY THE COMPANY 

Lab.bike reserves the right to withhold any order for security reasons in which case the affected customers will be informed. We also reserve the right to cancel an order if we feel that shipping and/or billing information cannot be verified or the sale is deemed to be for resale by the purchaser.

Acceptance of these terms.You can place your orders for Logiclab Development products via our website https://lab.bike ."Products" in all means each and every item that the company sells to the Consumer.By ordering our Products, you agree these Terms and Conditions of Sale and acknowledges that we will only provide products subject to these Terms.Unless expressly agreed in writing by The Company, any term or condition in any order or other form or correspondence you intend to add or in some manner inconsistent with these Terms shall be inapplicable and not shall have any effect or validity.The right of the company to demand strict compliance with each of these Terms shall not be affected by the simultaneous waiver of any other of these Terms or any previous course of negotiation.

Orders. All the orders are subject to the acceptance of the company.This means that the company may refuse to accept or cancel any order, that the order has been confirmed or not, for any reason or without it, and without any liability for you or anyone else.If you choose purchase a product or service, designate and provide information about your preferred payment method (e.g. credit card, PAYPAL or any other payment method available by the company).You accept pay all fees and other charges incurred in connection with your username and password for your specialized account.If your card credit has already been charged by an order that is then cancelled, the company will issue you a refund.

Price.All prices are subject to change, taxes and exclude shipment.

Taxes. Them prices indicated for the Products sold below do not include any sale, use, aggregate value, special taxes, gross receipts or consumption, tariffs or other foreign or local taxes taxes the use or sale of Products (collectively, Taxes).The Customer pay, or refund to the company if you pay, any Tax, except those based on the income of La empresa.If any authority government requires the company to collect and pay taxes customer's name, the company can invoice the Customer such amounts, including the interests or fines imposed on it.

Payment.All orders must be paid in full before shipment.The company accepts credit cards, MasterCard, Visa, as well as other payments like PayPal.Payment information is sent by the Customer at the time of any order and compliance and shipping order is subject to verification of payment information and fund availability.

Delivery and loss risks. Products are sent to both the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, as well as the Canary Islands.Title and all risk of loss or damage to Products will be transferred to the Customer at the time of delivery of the Products to carrier for shipment.Although the company is authorized to do shipment on behalf of the Customer and, unless otherwise indicated, the Customer will be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with shipping of Products.In spite of the opposite in these Terms, every period time provided by The company is an estimate of good faith due date.The company will make commercial efforts reasonable to complete Customer's orders within the time established, but in no case will the company be responsible for the damages associated with the company's inability to meet those deadlines.

Returns. Except otherwise provided in this document, the Customer cannot cancel an accepted order without the prior written consent of La company, which may retain at its sole discretion.Customer can return Products to get a refund of the purchase price (without including initial shipping charges) in addition to any tax applicable.The customer must arrange and pay the shipping costs return.The Products must be returned to The Company within seven days of the purchase.For more information, visit the section delivery policies.

Product changes. The company can make any changes in design or specifications for, or in the way it manufactures or produces any Output if such changes are necessary or desirable to improve safety or performance of said Product.In addition, the company can provide Suitable Products or Components for Products or components that are not available by The company due to any priority, rule, regulation or similar established by authorities or government agencies, or due to price or non-money changes availability of materials or supplier components.The Customer Not can make any changes in the designs or specifications of the Products unless the company approves such changes in writing whose case, the company may impose additional charges to implement such changes.

Limited guarantee. Subject to the following limitations, terms and conditions: guarantees for the original purchaser of each Product when purchased new, are free from defects in materials and labor.This is it limited warranty may be exercised for a period of up to TWO YEARS from of the date of purchase.This limited warranty does not apply to use and normal wear, or the defects or faults claimed resulting from abuse, neglect, incorrect assembly, inappropriate maintenance, alteration, collision, accident or misuse.EXCEPT Expresses previously established, the company will reject other guarantees, express or implied, including, without limitation, implied guarantees of tradeability and adequacy for a public purpose.responsibility of the company for the warranty claims is limited to the reimbursement of original purchase price or product replacement with the same or similar product.do not allow anything in these terms to the contrary, the company will not be liable for punitive, indirect damages, incidental or consequential, including, among others, liability for loss of use, loss of profits, loss of Product or interruption commercial, however, the same can be caused, including negligence by THE COMPANY.

The customer must pay the shipping return expenses.The company reserves the right to modify this limited guarantee at any time, to your sole discretion. 1. Applicable Law / Not for resale. The Customer agrees to comply with all laws and regulations applicable in Spain.The client accepts and declares that he or she is buying the product (s) for its own use and not for the resale.You agree that these Terms have been made in Spain and that any dispute arising below will be resolved according to your laws.

Reserve. La company reserves the right to refuse to sell Products to any person for any reason, at his sole discretion.

Full deal. These Terms constitute a complete and unique agreement between The company and Customer, and replace all agreements, representations, previous or contemporary guarantees and understandings.

Divisibility.In the if any provision of these Terms is maintained or determined by a competent court of jurisdiction as invalid or inexecutable, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect and such invalid or unexecutable provision shall be interpreted in a way to give the maximum valid and enforceable effect to the intention of the parties expressed in these Terms.

Exclusivity. Them rights, responsibilities and resources of the parties with regard to Products shall be exclusively those expressly established in these Terms.Exemptions, limitations of responsibility and resources expressed in these Terms shall apply even in case of breach, negligence, breach of contract, liability of the released party or whose responsibility is limited and it will extend to its directors, officers, and employees.

CANCELLATION Logiclab Development will accept order cancellations before the shipment has been generated within 24 hours of the order.To make the cancellation you must request it by sending an e-mail to contact@lab.bike

REVOLUTION I.-Return procedure All products of our store may be returned and refunded, provided that the Customer informs Logiclab Development of its intention to return the purchased products within a maximum period of up to 14 working days from the date of delivery and that the rest of the conditions set out in this section are met. Logiclab Development will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:

1.-The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.

2.-The shipment must be made using the same box in which it has been received to protect the product.In the event that it cannot be made with the box with which it was delivered, the Customer must return it in a protective box of similar characteristics, in order for the product to reach the Logiclab Development warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees.

3.-The documentation must be included in the package, where the returned products are also displayed and the reason for the return.

In order to provide customers with the return process and to be able to make a proper follow-up to it, the reason or cause of return must be specified, if the reason for the return is attributable to Logiclab Development (the product is defective, has arrived broken, is not the one that the Customer had requested, etc.) the amount of the shipping costs will be refunded.If the reason is another (the products were properly served but are not of the customer's liking), the cost of the refund will be paid by the customer.

To proceed with a return, the following steps must be taken:

1.-Please inform before 14 natural days from your receipt that the product wants to be returned.The information may be made via mail to contact@lab.bike

2.-Logiclab Development will inform the customer of the address to which the product must be sent, or the company itself will facilitate a transport company to generate a collection order.

3.-The customer must send it through a messaging company of his choice or request it to Logiclab Development.If it is for personal reasons the customer must pay it, if it is by default or error, it will be taken by the company.

4.-Report from the messaging company that will be used, date and time of return. REQUIREMENTS TO USE SERVICE:

Only people 18 or older can create accounts.Accounts for persons under the age of 18 may be created by the parent or legal guardian.Children under the age of 18 shall read this Agreement with their father, mother or legal guardian to ensure that both the minor and their legal representative have understood its contents.
